As we sat down to discuss our life in the BC era (Before Children!), we discussed how each of us had a career chartered out and how with the arrival of children, it took another shape and changed its course. Most women continue working after the baby arrives, but some decide to quit, some decide to give it a small break and some decide to do both, at home and the combinations are only endless. Working or not- there is a mental struggle that every mom goes through in her pursuit to give her child the best.
