    If you’ve always wanted to take your kids to a Broadway show, we are sure this news will be music to your ears! The first ever musical production by Disney is coming soon to India! Yes it’s true! The classic fairytale of  ‘BEAUTY AND THE BEASTâ€_x009d_ will be on stage  in select shows across Mumbai and Delhi from October to December 2015.

    Here is what you should know about the first ever Broadway show in India:

    • Beauty and the Beast is one of  the longest running musicals in the world, and is based on the Academy Award winning animated feature film produced by Walt Disney.
    • To appeal to Indian audiences, we hear that the show has a complete Indian cast of 18 members, who were  selected from over 8,000 entries after over 1,000 auditions from five cities.
    • Experts from the Indian music and theatre industry like Leslie Lewis and Terrence Lewis are responsible for the music and choreography of this show.
    • This classical love story will be staged all through October in Mumbai at the National Sports Club of India indoor stadium in Worli, and at the Thyagaraja Sports Complex in INA Colony, Delhi throughout November.
    • The show will be in English and will be 130 minutes long.
