1. Lead by Example:

Kids ape their parents and loved ones (be grandparents too) all the time. If they see you read and appreciate a book, they will follow suit. But what happens when you don’t enjoy reading or can’t manage to get your hands on to a book? Find an alternate option. Well, reading needn’t be only a book it could be paper or a magazine too. So kids know that you appreciate the art of reading and will start on it soon.

2. Start when they are young:

Those first books that you invest in are absolutely worth every penny as they will be their first step into the world of books. Among all the rattles and toys your infant owns, make sure you add books to their collection. Don’t underestimate your infants’ ability to see those bright coloured large objects.
