I am far from 0 waste, but I did start somewhere – I don’t use plastic water bottles – I take my bottle everywhere I go. I make sure we never use those disposable toothbrushes – and I am proud to say some of it has rubbed off on my daughters.
In the previous episode, we spoke about why this topic is so close to my heart. I still emphasize, that we need to bring a change, so the next generation changes. We need to make those small shifts in our lifestyle, so we can be the best role models for our children.
