Between pollution and seasonal changes, there are so many different kinds of fever that are doing the rounds that one is never sure what is it that they may have. One of the infections that is rampant right now is dengue.

Dengue is a mosquito-borne disease that affects a huge population every year. Dengue cases increase normally around the month of October after the monsoon because stagnant water is the breeding ground for mosquitoes.

The Aedes Aegypti mosquito that causes dengue is active in the daytime so keeping the kids and ourselves protected is extremely important. Dengue is a viral fever that can affect people in different ways and can sometimes prove to be fatal.
