Ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1 Banana 1 cup milk 2 spoons of yogurt 1 tbsp honey Strawberries (fresh or frozen) 2-3 Almonds 2-3 + 1 tbsp slice for garnish 4 ice cubes Whipped cream for garnish Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Today we are making a breakfast recipe that is quick, super easy, and somethign no kid can ever say no to! Healthy Berry Smoothie has your day’s serving of fruits, calcium goodness from milk and yogurt, protein from nuts and the quirky quotient of drinking your breakfast!

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries                                                     
  • Banana                                                                     
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 2 spoons of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Strawberries (fresh or frozen) 2-3
  • Almonds 2-3 + 1 tbsp slice for garnish
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour it in a mason jar. Garnish with whipped cream and almond slices. Serve immediately.
