Instant noodles have also been a convenience that most of us use when we don’t feel like cooking or are feeling a little peckish in the evening. But can you imagine the fun you could have if you give these instant noodles a fusion twist? There is actually a lot of experimenting you can do with instant noodles once you know how you can use it to make different things, besides the instant bowl of noodles we are used to. 

 

When Mansi Zaveri of KSP visiting the Maggi test kitchen, she learnt how to make Maggi Lasagna using the different flavoured tastemakers as seasoning and she couldn’t wait to share it with everyone.

Everyone loves Maggi and this recipe is a crowd pleaser. Watch the video to learn how the regular instant Maggi noodles have been given an interesting and delicious twist and are packed with vegetables and cheese.

 

Ingredients

  • Uncooked Maggi
  • Maggi Taste Maker – Barbeque and Peri Peri
  • Sliced Bell Peppers
  • Arrabiata Sauce (tomato sauce)
  • Bechamel Sauce (white sauce)
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Basil Leaves 

Method

  • Saute the bell peppers
  • Season the bell peppers with the Maggi Tastemaker seasoning
  • Start with a layer of the tomato sauce
  • Add white sauce on top of the tomato sauce
  • Top with Maggi blocks to cover the sauce
  • Finish with a layer of the sauteed vegetables
  • Repeat the process with the sauces, Maggi and vegetables
  • Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and basil leaves
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
