All you have to do is get these ingredients:1 Frozen Banana1/2 cup milk2 Pitted Dates1 Spoon HoneyA Handful of Salted Cashews2 – 3 drops of Vanilla EssenceAnd blend them all in mixer.

Don’t all you moms want your little brats to grow up to be strong and healthy? But what can you do if they don’t have their milk and daily nutrition properly? Try the Superhero Smoothie. Its easy, quick, healthy and your kids will definitely love it.

All you have to do is get these ingredients:

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Pitted Dates
  • 1 Spoon Honey
  • A Handful of Salted Cashews
  • 2 – 3 drops of Vanilla Essence

And blend them all in mixer. Serve it cold if that’s how your kids like it and see their muscles grow strong like superman. If your child likes the flavour of Coconut then you can add some Coconut flakes or milk.
