Having spent my childhood in this warm city, I can vouch for the fact that Chennai is a very child-friendly city. The weather is pretty hot, (agreed!) but that just means more opportunities to head to indoor play areas! November-February is indeed a great time to be in Chennai as the city gets ready to embrace its winter- one that hardly goes below 19 degrees, but pleasant enough!
