    Connecting to Nature through Theater

    Description: In the rat race to get from one place to the other, to do one thing after another, we are most often unaware of things around us. On some other occasions, we become aware of a tree with beautiful pink flowers on the side of the road and we stop to observe. Suddenly it is not the tree alone that we observe, a lot more is noticed and felt. Our way of connecting with Nature is by going off on a planned holiday. However, these are very few and far between. This workshop by Bhoomi College uses the medium of theatre, through theatre games, exercises and activities used in actor training, to connect with nature. It also aims to explore awareness and the emotional connect we have with nature.
