Tricks To Get Your Kids To Eat Green Vegetables

Here’s what I tried- a tad differently. And boy, it did work!

The colour ‘green’ makes us think of different things. But as a mom, the colour ‘Green’ just makes me think of vegetables and the only question that is always on my mind is – "if my child is eating enough green vegetables". Don't you agree? 

I am sure most moms resonate with my thinking. Once my baby crossed the 6-month mark, my only worry would be to introduce as many vegetables in her diet. I would keep trying different things and would fail most times as either my baby wouldn’t like the taste or my cooking skills were not up to the mark or the vegetable purely would be bitter. Sigh!

As my daughter grew up and almost mastered the art of self-feeding, I thought why just make greens plain and boring? So now my only aim is to make her food look exciting and healthy at the same time. A win-win situation for both of us.
