It is simple. When men and women do the same work why do they get paid differently? In recent times we have seen Bollywood and Hollywood celebs speak out about Equal Pay for Equal Work. A concept of the labour rights that basically questions why women get paid less than their male counterparts for the same job done. Governments across the world are trying to bridge this gap and have found support from almost every field, with celebrities speaking out about their pay checks on public platforms.

The shock on their faces makes it clear for anyone who has ever had a doubt that women need to be paid the same as their male counterparts. This simple but effective video makes us wonder if children can understand this why can’t the business world?
