Let’s start with some basic points. What is gluten? Gluten is a protein which is found in wheat, rye, oats and barley. This protein is tough to breakdown if your intensities are weak.

Celiac Disease is caused by a gene that gets triggered due to various reasons – a virus, lack of bacteria during childbirth and many other things. However, the exact cause hasn’t been discovered completely. Celiac Disease is not a food allergy. It is an autoimmune disorder caused by the abnormal functioning of the immune system that produces antibodies against your own tissue.
