It can be a task to work out when the kids are at home. These 10 fitness activities will help you not only spend time with your family but also stay fit. And you can involve the kids as well.

1. Join a Class Together: It could be swimming, aerobics, zumba or even yoga. You and the kids can join a class together. It will get you to work out as well as spend time with the kids.

2. Stroller Walk: This is perfect for new moms. Take your baby outdoors and get some exercise by walking.

3. Sports Event: Gather the family and have a sports events once a week. You can play different sports together.

4.  Balloon  Play:  This activity helps the kids work their gross motor skills and is a fun exercise. Blow up some balloons and tell the kids to try hard to keep the balloon up. 6. Freeze Dance Party: A great idea for a workout, party or even a game with the kids. Get out the dancing music and play the favourites. When the music stops, players need to be in an exercise position. Its advisable to be in a low ground position as its easier to balance and works on the thighs.

7. Jump Rope: Adults and kids both love this one! Jump rope is an absolute favourite. You can try doing the normal one or both feet.
