Sitting in front of a computer for hours on end can be pretty rough on your body. What’s worse is sometimes, you don’t even realize how long you’ve been sitting down. 

Staring at a computer screen all day long sure puts a strain on your eyes and your body. The kids have been doing online classes for months now and the eyes, their posture everything is being affected. Some kids have developed myopia, others are dealing with watery eyes – it’s all putting a lot of strain on them.

When we spoke to Garima Bhandari, yoga and wellness coach, we asked for asanas to help the kids and adults actually
