Eating out can be delicious as well as calorie-rich. And if you live in India, it's doubly so. Our food is quite rich and spice-laden. But that doesn't mean you stop eating out nor do you have to hit the gym every single day. You just have to eat smart. I've put done some tips that I have used that help me lose weight and stay fit.
