We moms wonder about a lot of things! And some of them take a huge toll on our mental wellness. But we can’t help it now, can we? Overthinking and overwhelm are something that comes hand-in-hand with motherhood.
Here are some things that I wonder about more often that necessary… Do you too?
Will they remember the good old days when they are all grown up?
Will they talk about how often I exercised?
The feeling of safety when they were home… will they miss that?
Will they be grateful of how I was always there for them no matter how busy I was?
I loved them unconditionally, no matter how much they hurt me or said mean things, will they think about it?
Will they miss the times I watched random movies with them, laughed, cuddled, spent time with them… will they appreciate that?
There’s so much more! Sometimes, I wonder if it even makes sense to wonder about all these things…
